Russell Flint recalls that he often visited St. Malo as a boy during school holidays.
Along the coast are the picturesque towns of Dinard and St. Servan, where he painted a number of watercolours.
One of his favourite places to paint, was Bon Secours Bay, there he had a view of many subjects from every angle.
